When you contact Cosverti through WhatsApp, messages may be processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and our business-management system, Odoo. We use these communications for customer service, order coordination, delivery updates, payment confirmation, and follow-up requested by the customer. You may ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURE

We may share information only as necessary with service providers that support our website, business systems, messaging, payment verification, invoicing, and delivery operations, including Odoo and Meta. We may also disclose information when required by Costa Rican law or a competent authority. We do not sell personal information.
